Pattaya City Thailand

This is the first SCATS system installation in Thailand, starting with a pilot system awarded by the Pattaya City Hall to Tyco Thailand in 2002 and followed by a number of phases of expansion.

  • 10 SOTU’s interface to Local Road along the rail road, this is under the constructions, it will be finish in Oct 2010
  • SCATS adaptive intersection with the ITS port for transfer of real-time traffic status to Pattaya City Hall website http://traffic.pattaya.go.th/_guest/_en/_guest_en.php
  • Countdown display on vehicle green and red signals during the last 10 second  on SCATS traffic adaptive sites
